GOSIS did not find any application on the market that would enable it to have a simple and clear reporting :
- Real time financial analysis of the cost of an information system whatever its size
- Technical analysis disclosing the state of progress and the benefits expected or achieved from the changes of infrastructures or improvements put forward by the players on the market
- Real-time analysis of the overall carbon footprint of an information system incorporating best practices.

No less than ten software applications by different publishers, without any interoperability, were necessary to merely have access to part of the information sought.

GOSIS accordingly built an environmentally sound system, combining the resources of its internal engineers and an applied research laboratory of France's Ecole des Mines in order to develop this software application. It is designed to automate all the stages in the transformation of a computer system and to assess the financial, technical and environmental impacts beforehand.

The software is marketed ICES SaaS object (server, device, air conditioning, UPS, ...).

  • Should you wish to take part in any of the test phases of this software application, please contact us.

  • Migrate existing information systems to the cloud is to allow each customer to have a very high performance computing, secure and close while reducing costs

The automation (SIED : Eco Dynamic Information System ) and knowledge sharing application SaaS is used to define and monitor in real time the industrialisation of the transformation of the information systems that are being hosted.

Thanks to its SIED technology, GOSIS is positioning itself as a player able to combine IT and carbon issues, which is the only possible method to achieve concurrent technological, economical and ecological optimisation. Clients are able to assess dynamically, via a secure and dedicated web portal, 2 types of information:
1- The maturity grid of the parent processes of their information system.
2- The detailed transformation plan with real-time monitoring setting out the actions to be taken with their prioritisation, the economic and carbon gain resulting from each step in the progress.

By a simple "drill-down" functionality, they have access to all the relevant details:

1- The indicators that must mature, with their horizontal interdependencies (i.e. within the same process) and vertical interdependencies (i.e. within another process: building, IT infrastructure or operation/application).
2- The overall action plan, the markers of increasing maturity by level (1 to 5), the groups of actions by marker, the estimated time for each marker, the economic optimisation and the improvement of the carbon footprint per marker.

The action plan outlines the following elements :

- The processes, the indicators, their initial, current and pending maturity level.
- The technical actions carried out and as yet to be carried out.
- The economic savings achieved and the target to be met.
- The carbon emission optimisation achieved and the target to be met.
- The respect of the schedule set and a projection over time to achieve the global target.
